Can I change or cancel my order?

Once a relic is summoned, it begins its sacred crafting. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.

Can I update my shipping address after purchase?

We cannot revise addresses or shipping methods after an order is confirmed. Please review all details carefully before final submission.

How do I check my order status?

When your relic departs our sanctuary, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Will I need to pay customs fees or import taxes?

Taxes and duties may apply based on your country. Some are included at checkout; others may be imposed by your local customs authority. For precise details, consult your local office.

Why was my order cancelled?

If a relic becomes unavailable, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

My transaction failed. What should I do?

If your payment is declined, contact your bank to authorize the transaction. Our checkout includes protection measures for your safety and ours.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order.

When will my order ship?

Each relic is made-to-order. Processing takes 2–5 business days, though it may extend during launches or high-volume seasons.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer free standard international shipping on all orders.

How long does delivery take?

After dispatch, delivery typically begins at 4 business days, depending on the destination. Please refer to our Estimated Shipping Table for more.

What if my package arrives damaged or opened?

Contact us within 30 days, with your order number and photos:

We will work swiftly to resolve the matter.

What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?

Notify us within 30 days with photographic proof and your order number. We shall make it right.

What happens if my order is undeliverable or returned?

Undeliverable parcels due to address errors will be returned; reshipment fees apply.
Packages refused at customs or left unclaimed for over 30 days are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refund.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

We currently do not support deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

For undelivered orders, contact us within 14 business days of the expected delivery date to initiate a carrier claim. After this period, we cannot file claims.
