Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or simply changed your mind.

RETURNS - DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must contact us crimson@angelwithbloodwings.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

You’ll need to provide a photo of the issue, the receipt, and proof of purchase.

Once reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

INSPECTION UPON ARRIVAL

We strongly recommend inspecting your item as soon as it arrives. If there’s any issue—damaged, incorrect, or otherwise—reach out immediately so we can assess the situation and take appropriate action.

REFUND

If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that processing times vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

If you're returning an approved item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
